This paper discusses three key policy areas regarding incarcerated mothers and fathers in Oregon: prison nurseries and community-based residential parenting programs; foster care laws; and parenting programs for incarcerated fathers. Journal Article The current study used data from the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study–Birth Cohort (ECLS-B; Snow et al., 2007) to explore determinants of resident father involvement.
