The US Congress has passed TANF Reauthorization with $75 million allocated for responsible fatherhood and $75 million for healthy marriage programming for fiscal year 2011. The total amount for responsible fatherhood programming was increased from $50 million to $75 million, while the total amount for healthy marriage programming was reduced from $100 million to $75 million.
