Kenneth is the Director for the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC) under contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Family Assistance. Kenneth is responsible for directing and guiding the activities of the NRFC including: in-person community events, research, community outreach, training, messaging, and branding social media engagement and the NRFC PSA campaign focused on Take Time To Be A Dad Today and #MakeAMoment. He is also deployed to speak and represent at conferences across the country on promoting responsible fatherhood.

Kenneth is the Chief Executive Officer of Fathers Incorporated, a widely recognized national and international resource for fathers, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers that provides capacity building services to thousands of organizations working to ensure that fathers contribute to the healthy well-being of their children. Projects include: the Real Dads Read initiative, WeMentor, Code Blue and Honorable Man campaign, four (4) children’s books, curriculum development, and documentaries.

Kenneth has over 30 years of community development experience and has previously worked as the Director of the New York State Fatherhood Initiative. As a contributing author for The DadTalk Blog, Kenneth has written on a host of topics including the importance of mothers in responsible fatherhood, fatherhood milestones, and celebrating fatherhood.
