Cosette Bowles founded Anthem Strong Families (ASF), a 501(c)3 organization, in 2004 and has served as chief executive officer since ASF’s inception. Under her leadership and vision, ASF aims to strengthen, reconnect, and restore families through transformative programs offered to underserved communities. ASF has served more than 60,000 individuals in the last 17 years. To date, ASF has been awarded more than $35 million in state and federal funding. ASF is currently serving the Dallas area community (8 counties) through both a Healthy Marriage and Relationship grant and a Fatherhood grant with funding through the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Family Assistance. Previously, Ms. Bowles was a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional counselor in private practice for more than 20 years before she created, developed, and managed ASF.
