Ms. Gyabaah is a Lead Technical Specialist with ICF whose work is focused on designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that help shift the outcomes of individuals, families, and communities. Given her technical knowledge related to project management, data collection, survey management, and reporting, technical assistance and social science research, Ms. Gyabaah performs duties that merge subject matter expertise with technical skills. Currently, Ms. Gyabaah provides leadership on several workforce, educational, and human service projects funded by a myriad of agencies including the Office of Family Assistance and U.S. Department of Labor. In those capacities, she provides training, content management, quality assurance oversight, manages staff members, provides project reports to funders, manages project funds and other resource allocations, and performs other project implementation and management duties. As a seasoned technical assistance provider, Ms. Gyabaah disseminates targeted resources based on a comprehensive assessment of stakeholders’ needs. She is passionate about working with under resourced and underserved populations. Ms. Gyabaah has over 25 years of professional experience.
