The Glow Run for Recovery 5k event will be an in-person race this year with a virtual option. The run/walk family friendly event will be held on Sept 18, 2021. This is West Virginia’s biggest event for raising awareness of National Recovery Month in September and supports people with lived experience with substance use disorder (SUD). RUN FOR DAD is a community event to raise funds and build awareness about prostate cancer. It also reminds men of the importance of making an informed decision with their doctor about when to be tested for prostate cancer. This family fun event consists of a 5k run and a 1.5-mile walk.
