Current as of August 2017: Stacey has over 15 years of research-based advocacy experience on issues related to vulnerable youth, disadvantaged, and marginalized populations. With the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC), Stacey is a key member of the product development team, participating in and documenting NRFC events such as the Parenting in a Violent World town halls, Building State and Local Fatherhood collaborations, Lessons Learned from Listen to Dads and WIOA/workforce series, as well as presenting on behalf of the NRFC. As the founder and principal consultant for Bouchet & Associates, Stacey conducts qualitative and quantitative research, develop products, and provides training and technical assistance to professionals in the field of health and human services. Stacey earned her Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and her B.A. in Psychology from Notre Dame Maryland University.
